Updating to WSJT-X 2.2.0 General Release On The Raspberry Pi Using The GUI

Advertisements

On June 6th 2020, WSJT-X 2.2.0 General Release became available. Since the Beta version stops working on June 10th 2020, I decided to go ahead and install the new version. Many times when updating or installing new software, the command line interface is used. A lot of people are not comfortable using the command line and prefer using the GUI (Graphical User Interface). For this post, we will install WSJT-X using the GUI.

I have been Testing WSJT-X 2.2.0 all week and have not run into any issues. There have been some nice band openings and several good contacts made.
